Upon arriving at The Ritz Carlton Residences you will be greeted in the private residence lobby by a residence-dedicated concierge. The 24-hour concierge service is included in your stay with us. A private elevator will take you to the TOP FLOOR of the Ritz Residences and you will be escorted to your  luxury penthouse ‘home’!

Your 2400 sq. ft. Penthouse Residence has 2 Top Floor balconies overlooking the pool as well as viewing tranquil Seven Mile Beach on the stunning Caribbean Sea. Relax and read on the balcony or wander down to the Ritz Seaside Pool, where a pool attendant will prepare your beach recliner for a day at the pool or the beach. Enjoy a refreshing Mojito, Margarita, or any number of drinks served by the pool bar staff. Suntan all day if you wish and have your lunch served  to you there as well!

Enjoy just about any type of water sport you can think of: Snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, paddle boating, jet skiing, parasailing, windsurfing, kite surfing. Dive with world-class dive masters, deep sea fish with professional fishermen, or just cast a line off a pier and enjoy our catch and release philosophy.

Dinner can be enjoyed in any one of the five on-site restaurants or try one of the dozens of world-class restaurants in town.  Or maybe try some local fare - Jerk Chicken with Rice and Peas anyone?  All just a short distance away. Reservations may be made by your Concierge for attractions and dinners.


Penthouse Residence Description

The Balcony affords al fresco dining while gazing at the unobstructed view of Seven Mile Beach and the gorgeous Caribbean Sea. Watch the Cruise Ships sail by from our TOP FLOOR Residence Balcony.

We have THE BEST VIEW AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL!

The Living Room contains a sectional sofa with queen sofa bed and faces the Penthouse Balcony with it’s breath-taking ocean and pool view. A 52” flat screen TV with Bose Surround Sound and DVD Player are there to entertain you.

The Dining Room has spacious seating for 8.

The Kitchen is European in style with granite countertops, Kholer fixtures and Poggen Phol Cabinetry. Professional appliances : Sub-Zero, Mieli, and Viking , as well as Villeroy and Boch complete the kitchen.

The Master Bedroom/Ensuite with  luxurious Ritz Carlton linens offer relaxing nights in the king bed. The reclining couch as well as the  private balcony look out to the amazingly azure Caribbean Sea and Seven Mile Beach. Ritz Carlton towels caress you into lazing your time away in the Jacuzzi tub. Bose Surround Sound in Master  Bedroom and Ensuite .

The Guest Bedroom contains 2 queen beds and has access to the main balcony.
Each bedroom has it’s own TV with DVD player, phone and alarm clock.

The Bathrooms, both full baths have hairdryers, cosmetic mirrors and the necessary bath products: soaps, shower gels and body lotions.

The Laundry Room with washer and dryer.

Use our fully equipped gym with sauna/hot tub/steam room/fitness instructor. Check the Ritz Carlton daily schedule for FREE classes such as yoga, pilates, step exercises etc.

Car not necessary. Taxi and local Bus Service directly outside.
